What to Expect
- We normally send a proposal after conducting a needs assessment. Depending on your financial capacity, you can choose what services to accept from us. Once you accept the proposal, we will send a services agreement document for you to sign. We will connect you with our staffing coordinators, who will match your health facility with the most qualified staff. We will also regularly send you utilization records to make staffing adjustments based on your needs.
